There is no right way in theory to hold a space, but saying this, I have experienced the difference between a safely held space and a badly held one, and I have experimented with and explored a lot of different rituals and practices for holding spaces, and in this article decided to share with you the most effective one that I have come across and which works the best for me. Holding the space is not talked about often, but it’s one of the most sacred practices in the ancient healing modalities for good reason, and well worth practicing, looking into and mastering if you haven’t before now. So set out below is how I do it. Feel free to use these techniques, pass them on and give me feedback on how they work for you. You will need a compass or a good sense of direction, some sage, cedar, birch, oak or olive wood to smoke; it doesn’t matter which one though each has different healing properties.
Step one: Set the intention. Describe the space you wish to hold, the energetic vibrations you want it to anchor and the guardians you would like to watch over the space. I for example call upon the angels, my ‘I am presence’ and the over lighting devas of the north, east, south and west to be the guardians of the scared space and bring forth the sacred vibrations of enlightenment, healing, balance, peace and presence within it. I ask them to hold a presence shield around the space, to act as my and the clients guardians, and that they allow for no fear or other point of consciousness other than source to be able to enter that space and for everything of shadow released into that space to be met with love, compassion and understanding, and be taken into the light for it’s own healing and rehabilitation. I also ask that what pass between me and the client (or others) using the space be love and only love, and the rest be deeply surrendered to the light.
Step two: Take your sage or wood and light it so that it smokes, and starting facing north ask the angels of the north and over lighting devas of the earth to be guardians of that space for the intention set above. Then walk with the sage or wood, in a clockwise direction until you are facing east, and ask for the same, continue through to South and then West, setting the same intention. Each of the angels and devas are connected to different elements of the universe, as in the Wiccan and shamanic traditions. Then face north again, and thank these guardians for coming forth now that the sacred circle has been walked.
Step 3: Walk into the very centre of the circle, breath in from you earth star pulling its energy up into your heart, breathe down from your soul star and bring this energy into your heart, mix the two energies together and breathe visualising them coming out of your heart and filling the circle, using the vibration of the balance between heaven and earth to breathe life into the essence of the intention of the circle and invoke the presence of the eternal heart of source.
Step 4: Before inviting anyone into the space with you, visualise your client (or object symbolic of them) and take the wood or sage and gently smudge the person this means surrounding them in the smoke which ionises the air around them effectively cleansing them of any excess stuff they are carrying in their energy field before inviting them into the circle.

Step 5: After the session is finished and your client has left, visualise all the chords attachments you have to them completely dissolving (which allows the relationship to develop a fresh in the present) and then walk your way anti- clockwise around the circle with the intention of shutting down the space, again greeting the guardians at north, west, south and east; this time thanking them for their help, guidance and guardianship.

And there you have it, how to set up a safe space in four easy steps. I hope this helps, it certainly took me a while to figure out on my own. It’s a bit like having a sterile operating theatre before an operation, having a safe space reduces the risk of cross energy contamination and means that any newly integrated soul fragments are less likely to be rejected.

I needed to write this because sometimes the biggest waves of light leave us writhing on the floor as our blocks come to the surface, often parts of us we believe so honestly to be our identity that the thought of letting them go leaves us mute. Sometimes the waves of lights ebb around us because we have given up, gone into ourselves and shut down, the idea of something better too painful to contemplate, a dream that if shattered would be the last of us. So many are falling due to a broken heart, mind, will. Please know that wherever you are, who ever you are, whatever you have done that I love you, need you and thank God every day for each and all of your contributions to human consciousness. All for one and one for all, standing together and being part of the collective consciousness means honouring all of us, all that we are, all that we have been and all that we ever will be. Forgive me for not having written sooner, anything you need on the spiritual and astral planes just ask, i surrender to your service in the knowledge that you like me are divine, perfect whole and complete. Being an earth angel I’m not limited on the spiritual planes by time, space or distance, if you need me just call me and I along with all the forces of light in the universe will cradle you in our arms and carry you when you cannot walk any further.

i wrote this because i am part of humanity, and as i know it’s bliss i know it’s pain.  i am no more separate from any part of humanity that anyone else is. i am one..i feel my source i feel. And this is my truth. i wanted all of humanity to know that i like so many others on the same path would give anything, would give all of ourselves to be able to take away the pain.  That if that were the answer, if suffering were the price it would have been payed a thousand times over with out blood and suffering. But this is not the answer, so when you feel like me, on the days when there’s nothing left i challenge you to look true surrender in the face and rise to meet it. To acknowledge the gift in this thing which sometimes feels like a curse by just breathing, by allowing yourself to feel all the things too painful to say, and by not rejecting or putting yourselves down for having these feelings. you have nothing to be ashamed of. You are brave enough to feel. you are beautiful. True honesty is to be humble enough to admit that “there are no words.”

i realize what i am writing in this blog is not conventional happy horseshit spirituality, but Buddha said trust what you experience and not what anything or anyone else tells you, so at the risk of being judged i open this small part of my heart you, in the hopes that this helps you feel a little less alone, in the hope that it makes us stand a little bit closer together, using fear to unite is in love.in the hope i can capture a little of the true nature of surrender…….

However it wasn’t until i was writing one of my workshops on Ascension, that i was continually given images and lead to articles, interactions and sacred contractual cancellations which involved The Lords of Karma.  Since i woke up when i was 19 i worked with the Lords of Karma without truly getting to know them and sometimes i am loath to admit more than a little fear. Judgment, and a limited understanding of it’s real meaning is not something to be taken lightly. Anyway, in these original background meetings, The Lords of Karma were always present when i asked the Angels to help me balance and transmute any unbalanced Karma between myself and others, and also present when i worked with Raphael to restore Balance to the human body,  buildings or other spaces.  i never really considered what their role was; i was so absorbed in holding the space and in the observation of the angels and their fantastic work, and their are many groups of light beings which angels work with and bring through to help with healing.

Consequently i was more than a little shocked as, upon working on this workshop i kept seeing a red portia in my head. It’s not that i don’t think they’re cool, it’s just generally I’m much more of a tree person, and it wasn’t until a week later, when i was meditating and this beautiful compassionate feminine energy took up my space that i began to connect the dots. i stood bathed in this infinite gentleness and self compassion, and could sensed it was not purely angelic in nature. i felt the powerful emotional and physical re-lease and probably for the first time in my life felt a deep compassion for myself and what i was going though. When i asked my angels what this was, they showed me the red Portia.  So later that day i googled Lady Portia. And so it was that i became truly acquainted with the Lords of Karma.  When i went sleep that night i asked Lord Annu ( another ascended master) who’s light chamber i regularly visit in my sleep to give me guidance on how i should move forward, and why i was being contracted by the Lords of Karma. In quick response the wise man gave me a very vivid dream with the board itself. This was one of the most humbling experiences of my life.  It was like meeting the angels for the first time, except that there was a groundedness to it, almost a tangibility that really chocked me up.  they Proceeded to explain that they had contacted me in response to my earlier question: ‘ what beings could most help those going through this intense and painful detoxification of emotional, metal spiritual and aspects energy systems.’ They said that they would be delighted to enlighten me on the topic of judgment, to help me heal my own understanding of karma and to work with me to teach if i was willing to learn. So with tears running down my face..i often find that when i dream of angels or the other light beings i experience an intense emotional release and wake up with tears on my face.  Just being in their presence is such healing experience:), the entire experience such a blessing, such bliss, i often wake with an ache in my chest that i’m back on earth lol.

They spoke about karma being about revelation and not redemption. That manifestation of negative beliefs were simply that,  as well as a disguised opportunity to transmute these patterns. They added another dimension speaking about the involvement of contracts and the entire net of life and it’s interconnectedness. But that’s another article. They also taught me about the importance of international portals in relation to this, and many other things. i will write an art on contracts and one on Portals soon.  Anyway they said that many most people suffering from this form of intense detoxification should use the invocations below for clearing these issues and that these would help. i used these myself and they deeply and truly helped me, i they did bring on  dark night of the soul in terms of processing though so only do as many releases at a time as you feel comfortable with and be infinitely gentle with yourself in the weeks that follow. I ask for a sign that I’ll understand when I’m processing, this helps me to release without judgment, it might work for you too:) Right, Finally, down to Business:

The Lords Of Karma

Paul the Venetian:

is the Chohan or Master of the fourth ray, which is the ray of harmony through conflict.
He works with Archangel Gabriel. Paul the Venetian lived in Lemuria and Atlantis and has incarnated at times of great change on the planet.
He was in charge of great spiritual temples and was considered the purest of the pure – a title bestowed on very few in the history of humanity.
Because his thoughts were so pure he had a direct link with God.
He was a keeper of the white flame of purity and could transmute the karma of those who entered his aura and also project his thoughts to dissolve the negativity of places and people. He has been involved with Earth for a long time but is a Universal Being, one who straddles the Universes. In the past he has mastered many aspects of physical life. In Atlantis he understood the advanced technology of the times and also carried the seed secrets of beauty and art within him.
He was beloved of the people because he radiated goodness and kindness. They sensed his warmth and open heart. He wore the jewel of Atlantis, a star which symbolised his connection to the vastness of the Universe. He was a light bearer and when Atlantis was engulfed by the waves, he led a tribe to Israel.

Kathumi:

is the chohan or master of the second ray, which is deep blue and governs Divine love, wisdom and truth He is a member of the Brotherhood of Golden Robe, those who take on the pain of world. He has an etheric retreat at Machu Pichu. In past incarnations he was Pythagoras, bringing in sacred geometry and the music of the spheres. He was the wise man, Balthazar, Shah Jahan and St Francis. He works with Archangel Jophiel, and helps to touch people with wisdom & illumination, tact, foresight, consideration and friendliness. He works particularly with teachers, students, architect, ambassador and the artistic

Lady Portia:

She holds the balance of mercy and judgment. She helps those who want to balance heart and head. She will also help those who judge and criticize others from the lower mind to raise their energy to their heart center and be loving towards themselves and others. You may apply in meditation to the Lords of Karma for release of personal or collective karma. If you do this, ask if karma may be released on every level – physical, mental emotional and spiritual, in every dimension and in every reality and universe. Lady Portia is one who frequently offers grace.

Serapis Bay:

Is the Keeper of the White flame. He works with Archangel Chamuel on the ray of compassion and is the only Ascended Master who works with the Seraphim. He has an ascension seat Luxor. In past incarnations he was a priest in Atlantis and was the Pharaoh Akhenaton !V and also Amenophis. He is the master of the third ray, the yellow ray of active, creative intelligence, helping to bring perfection, focus and independence to artists, musicians, peacemakers, philosophers and metaphysicians.

Babaji:

is the immortal master of the Himalayas, known as the deathless avatar. He was initiated into Kriya Yoga and became the greatest Siddha or Perfected Master ever known. After ascension he promised to stay in his physical body to help all humanity and still appears to groups of disciples. Yogananda writes about him in Autobiography of a Yogi. It is said that you only have to say his name with reverence and you directly attract a blessing from him.

Djwal Khul: is known as The Tibetan who channeled the mighty esoteric works of Alice Bailey. He works under Lord Kuthumi and is a very learned being, working specifically to help us to move forward into the Golden Age. He is one of the most accessible of the Masters of Shambhalla.

Lord Gautama:

the Buddha, was one of the great enlightened ones. He taught detachment and the middle way. The Buddha represents the wisdom energy while Christ is the love energy and they are brother\sister equal energies.

Quan Yin:

is known as the Goddess of Compassion and is often depicted riding on a dragon. She is the eastern counterpart of Mother Mary and she works to balance the feminine energy. She is one of the Lords of Karma representing the sixth ray.

So this is them and what they do, simply center then ask them to activate and attune you to their energies:) Ask the angels of the light to open a portal which allows this energy to come through under the law of grace:) and ask the lords of Karma for divine dispensation for all levels of unbalanced Karma that can be accessed and cleared across all levels times planes dimensions and relationships.  DON’T FORGET TO ASK THEM TO DO IT GENTLY!!!!!It’s one hell of a release so really deep breaths:)

The Earth is evolving from the 3^rd into the 5^th dimension.

The Dimensions A Quick Explanation

The Third Dimension

This is the physical world which you see before you. It is the dimension in which time still exists and therefore a time lapse exists between the thought and energy you give out and what is manifested in your world.

The 4^th Dimension

The 4^th dimension is the world of emotions to put it simply. The human energy field, lower subtle energy bodies and the astral planes are also situated in this dimension. This plane still contains the aparancy of time and many of its inhabitants still use memory in order to know.

This is a dimension which we are still mainly working with to clear balance and heal in our own multi dimensional being. It’s these bodies which when not fully cleared and healed which act as filters to the creations manifesting in the 3^rd dimension. It’s first at this level that we become aware of more than one dimension and here that we begin to communicate with the energetic being which inhabit the universe. The diversity of vibrational frequency is as diverse on these planes as on the planet and who we interact which should like everything else be a matter or discernment and self trust. These bodies and the clearing and anchoring of light pillars into these planes is vital to the smooth transition of the earth from the 3^rd through to the 5^th dimensions. The more light and love all the levels of consciousness receive the smoother our transition will be into the 5^th dimension.

The 5^th Dimension

The 5^th dimension is the land of instant manifestation. It is the world of light which is experiences through love, wisdom and peace. Everyone in this space is aware that all life is connected. To be visible into this dimension on uses a light body. There is no time here and no karma. Because there is no time there is no need for memory, one simply accesses the eternal mind in order to know.

What this means: This doesn’t mean that everyone will instantaneously be working the 5^th dimension consciously by 2012. What this means that that this will be accessible to all those who possess the sacred desire to access it. It means that the earth and it’s energies will hold these energies present at all times without the filters previously in place. This is a natural part of the evolutionary patterns of universes.

In order for this part of the divine plan to manifest, the star seeds had to transmute the ‘Veils of Maya.’ For this to happen it was necessary for them to forget who they truly are for in forgetting they would start the search and in find their true selves blaze the trail for others to follow home and anchor love light and peace into this planet to help make the transition for all as easy as possible. They would also gain many lessons only attainable of this level of consciousness enabling them to complete master ship in yet another level of learning.

The Photon Belt

The photon belt is a huge disc shaped area of light energy which exists in this universe. This disc-like sphere extends 100s of light years out into the universe and it takes about 2000 years for a planet to move through it.

-         it affects particles it comes into contact with by raising their vibrational frequency. No Darkness can exist where there is photon energy, either physically or spiritually. It is more than possible to access and start working with these energy now. Why not ask your  I AM  presence to bring this vibration into your life and energy field? This will greatly assist you and those around you in raising human and earth consciousness as quickly and gently as is divinely possible.

10 Practical Steps to Ascension

1. Maintain a Balance between Heaven and Earth
2. Be in the Moment
3. Stop judging and criticising yourself and other people and situations
4. know accept and acknowledge that you create absolutely your own reality and your own world
5. Follow your own excitement without hesitation
6. take responsibility for your every thought and action. Say what you mean and mean what you say.
7. Love and heal, taking responsibility for your lower physical mental ego and emotional bodies – important if you release a void of negativity fill that space with light.
8. Allow ego to blend with spirit
9. Love unconditionally all that you are and all that is regardless of what that me. It’s all of it ok. It’s only experience and change and this is duality.
10. Accept that you are hear for you. Have faith and trust that everything you do is right for you that even what the mind incarnate cannot understand there is a very reason for.

Recognise that non of these things can be forced or faked. They have to be achieved through healing, patience release and transmutation. True happiness, faith and trust aren’t things that can be earned. They have to be accepted for the gifts they truly are. Take you time, there is enough; go at your own pace; only you know what is right for you! If you’re not ready ask for the illumination you need to be ready, ask for it to come to you in a way that you can accept, understand and internalise in infinite gentleness. Then trust that it will fall away, in divine right order, the work is already being done.

Be infinitely honest with yourself and others about exactly where you are. This is the only way to heal in the present. To try and be somewhere you are not because you judge somewhere else as better is to be in the illusion. You can only heal what is in the present for that is all that exists. You can only ask for hat you need if you acknowledge what where you are. Open your eyes, it’s only the world. It’s only the truth; it’s only your life. It’s safe to see, you’ve done nothing wrong. It’s the only way to truly achieve change to see where you are and decide where you want to go. You’ll be totally unprepared if you place yourselves mentally in the wrong place, it’s just better to be honest from the outset; self honesty is the first step. There is no above or below. It all just is ad every stage of the journey has its own unique and amazing gifts. Also each journey is original for everyone; no-one can ever walk a mile in your shoes.

I know the truth can hurt, but it’s the breaking of the chains that have held you for a long time. The truth is the only thing that can set you free.

Attachment: it’s all about completing the learning detaching from the illusion and returning to source. It’s all about incarnating spirit into a unified love light field activating your atomic light body in order to be able to return home.

The Three Waves of Ascension

This is a simplification/generalisation of the whole ascension process there are many waves of ascension energy new ones come in without fail now about every three months:

Eric Klien presented this information to the light force in the form of channelled tapes some decades ago now. This was the plan at that time, the success of this plans implantation far better than was originally anticipated and the things which source is pulling out of it’s hat now is nothing short of amazing.

Currently the 3 waves of ascension are spiritual, and were granted as a part a divine dispensation of grace. All three have now arrived and we are currently working with anchoring the third into the lower levels of consciousness and making it available to all members of the light force who wish to ascend, not everybody does, and this is more than ok.

The final wave is for those who wish to Ascend in their physical bodies, it’s to offer through grace, divine dispensation healing and clearing energies to all physical and energetic bodies in order for them to be able to ascend.  Grace and divine dispensation can in be successful in direct proportionality to the amount of blocks the person has to receiving it. Discipline and honesty is required about the amount of clearing to be done. I want to emphasis here that there is no rush because there is no time. Now that these waves have arrived all that is necessary is the clear intention and the acceptance of your own ability to access whenever you need whenever you need it.

The basic outline is that the first one was about illumination, anyone that could accept enlightenment at this level, i.e. had let go of their unworthiness ascended on this wave. The second one is about inner peace, and the alignment of all the lower and upper energy bodies to peace and the final one divinity.

What is important is that these are not the original agreements. The original agreements are that in order to ascend you needed to have completed your mission and have transmuted you lower subtle bodies enough that they vibrate at the frequency of light.

This is what makes centering so vital, the small amount of time it takes to center, not only grounds you by putting you back in your body, it also puts you in control of what you are focusing on and most importantly makes you SAFE.  It puts you in the alignment with source and consequently also within the barrier,r the shield of calm and detachment that that always creates.Suddenly you are watching yourself.  i’m not saying you’ll be completely at peace, quite simply because centering especially when you’re highly emotional will cause you to confront normally very turbulent feelings which we all run away from occasionally and give them a safe space to come out. By centering you effectively stop running away from yourself and your true feelings about the situation, even if you don’t know how you feel and you transmute it into something else, through tears, breath, sound, simply the acknowledgment and the following acceptance creates a release, and begins the process transmuting the negative into something else, if we can only abstain from judging ourselves, ie the negative self talk in the process.

It’s something especially important for the parents of indigo crystal and rainbow children, because it’s a way of expressing any emotion in safety and without shame. If you teach your child to take the time to deal with their negative feelings in this way, you effectively teach them not to be ashamed of their shadow. It’s  huge and very important lesson. All shadow needs love light and healing, and through acknowledgment and acceptance, it stops becoming shadow, it’s transmuted instead of buried somewhere, not be be expressed. It also teaches self honesty, self care ( because you have to take time out to take care of your own healing an issues, very important for energetically sensitive children in general) and respect and love for all aspects and forms of sources expression. Everything has it’s place, everything is in divine right order, including discordant feelings.It tells you something is out of balance, it needs to be addressed and this is one very simple and effective way of doing it.

It is however a very different thing to focusing on the problem. i can’t stress this enough, the idea is to surrender not to judge or comment, just to let spirit or source clear and cleanse away anything that isn’t sitting right with you right now emotionally. If you or any someone you know is out of balance emotionally a good acupuncturist or homeopath is a real god send. There nothing like being taken care of and letting someone who you trust help you do some healing.

Clearing: safety wise, when you’re clearing anything, from your energy field to a football one, being centered is invaluable. Someone wise once taught me that you don’t come out of your center until your gut knows everything is in balance and stable. It doesn’t matter if there’s a voice you can’t quite catch a tool you cannot reach: stay centered, keep your spine a straight as possible and SITZ or STANDZ in your space. The mountain doesn’t bow before the wind:) Being centered stops you from taking on energy instead of handing it over, it protects you from all forms of psychic attack, and more importantly it makes you so much more able to deal with these things because you’ll notice them as they occur instead of afterwords. You’ll notice if as the room is getting lighter you’re getting heavier, you notice the chords which haven’t been cut, you’ll feel the parts of you energy field that don’t feel quite balanced and right and then from this safe space and without judgment, you can do something about it. Even if it’s later in you’re evening mediation, asking Micheal source your I am PRESENCE etc to help you surrender and clear anything you may have picked up etc. There will be another article specifically on clearing soon. i’m in the middle of an exam period right now so bear with me. 2009 was a lot of work for me too:)

in essence centering forces you to stay in the moment, it detaches you for long enough for you to surrender, clear or simply express emotion when it all feel just like it’s too much. It brings you back to the present and that is always the place from which all empowerment comes. It where the miracle happens:)
